Supervise design staff
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members
Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style
Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments
Manages traffic of outputs within the visual team
Present designs to clients for approval
Has a strong understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines, as well as brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
Experience with a variety of Adobe design software and other software platforms
Strong familiarity with graphic design and publication software
