About the role:
We are looking for a Head of Agency to collaborate with the HQ team-leads to run and manage satellite office and team. You will oversee business operations building each functional team with relevant talents with the right experiences and to define ways to monitor and manage productivity and efficiency measures.
To be successful as Head of Agency, through your experience, you will help build a strong army of digital marketing talents of various marketing functions and help nurture the talents locally as the close day-to-day mentor.
What You'll Do:
Learn and gain an understanding of different strategy and the execution techniques involved for different types of blockchain projects, identify the skills required and to collaborate with HQ teams to build a team of talent to strengthen the quality of work for client projects
Collaborate with HR, strategize and pin-point talent acquisition targeting to improve the hiring flow
Collaborate with HQ Business Development team in setup and hiring of PH-based team to help with acquiring new businesses
Maintain a transparent communication with management on team development progress
Collaborate with each marketing-function team heads to formulate efficient team growth and workflow
Be the best on-ground partners of HQ team leads in monitoring talents' strengths and weaknesses, collaborate with HQ team leads in devising talent development process according to different qualities of talents
Educate and nurture top talents with long term visions in strengthening the core team members
Mentor junior team members
Build a creative and data savvy culture among the team members
Qualifications:
University graduate
8 yrs digital marketing experience preferably from media agency with at least 5 yrs experience in managerial roles
An educator to broaden the skills & knowledge of the workforce
A good collaborator with cross-function teams
Fluent spoken and written English
