Job description
· Responsible for the management of all patient care according to policies standards and procedure set-up in hospitals.
· Responsible for providing a conducive environment.
· Responsible for all the actions done by her/his subordinates.
· Knowledgeable of unit policies rules and regulations.
· Receive daily endorsement from the staff nurse.
· Make an early assignment of unit management and patient care.
· Checks charts of newly admitted patients.
· Do chart auditing especially the doctors order sheet, medications as well as the documentation / nurses notes, patient records, check their condition, his/her environment, the nursing care given and note the complaints and make necessary action about it.
· Licensed Nurse
· With at least 2 years-hospital experience.
· with BLS/ACLS Certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
