Job Description
The Head for Payroll and Billing/Collection oversee the daily operations of the department by ensuring that billing preparation, collection of receivables and maintenance of clients
Job Responsibilities
Leads the team in ensuring timely delivery of billing statements to clients
Conducts aging analysis and develops strategies on how to resolve matters related to the aging of accounts
Ensure submission of accurate reports
Review existing policies and procedures, systems, internal control, and make recommendations for improvement
Attends to escalated customer complaints or concerns related to billing and collection
Monitors and review performance of the team, and ensure that their deliverables are met on time
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any business related course
5 years of experience in the same capacity, handling assistant manager/ managerial role
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), and relevant Accounting Software
Excellent leadership and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and lead people
Willing to work on-site and in a Compressed Work Week Schedule in Project 7 - Quezon City, and report on-site Monday to Friday
