Job Description The Head of Agency Compliance & Relations (ACR) shall develop and coordinate all risk and compliance management initiatives and implementation of corresponding action items/control processes relevant to the Company s Sales Process. Complaints Coordinator - takes the lead role in ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and internal cases against agents. Incident management and implementation of corrective measures to address risks relevant to the sales process. Development and tracking of agents completion of all mandatory compliance courses/training Execution of various sales conduct monitoring activities, investigation and resolution of all sales misconduct identified. Accomplishment of all assigned activities under the Target Operations Model as the designated Distribution Risk Champion Takes the lead in all Sales-related audits and ensure that the identified action plans to address any audit issues involving even other functions are followed through and executed. Ensure appropriate and timely response to risk and compliance-related requirements and inquiries made by the Regulators, Regional Office, and Senior Management.
