Description
Leads and advises Junior Consultants and Consultants in the implementation and delivery of the SuccessFactors product to customers. Manages the team in support of practice leadership. Participates as a Senior Consultant on projects and with clients.
Essential Functions
Actively performs in the role of Senior Consultant on projects
Manages associate consultants in support of practice leadership
Provides Technical expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SuccessFactors Integration products to customers
Presents externally and internally to represent personal and Rizing brand
Ensures successful implementation of the SuccessFactors Integration / Technical product
Applies functional/technical understanding of architecture to support consultants
Maintains knowledge of impact on integrations brought about by product updates and functionality changes; educates users on changes
Plans and executes in-house training as needed
Collaborates with the Project Director in maintaining staffing levels and service quality
Works with Project Managers to ensure projects are maintained within budget
Mentors employees and participates in interviewing and career path discussions
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
3 years + experience in SAP CPI implementations (sr consultant)
Professional certification for SCPI, or the commitment to complete certification in the first 6 months as a condition of regularisation following the probation period
Experience of SCPI integration with Success Factors an advantage
Experience of SCPI integration with SAP HCM an advantage
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or other related field
Minimum 5 years of Technical Integration (SCPI) consulting
Minimum 5 years in a Human Resources and/or Business role with experience in key HR functions
Minimum 2 years of mentoring and/or leadership
Must be at least at senior consultant role

Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors Integration software
Advanced presentation and public speaking skills
Advanced mentoring and team leadership skills
Ability to solve complex problems and focus on details
Ability to communicate and listen effectively
Ability to organize and manage time

Work Environment and Special Consideration
Works within a professional office environment
