The Rizing Technical Services team is seeking for a Technical consultant. This position requires a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and prior experience with integration development. Expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), Integration Center and SuccessFactors API is required. Dell Boomi experience is highly preferred. Functions as a key resource for clients and leads post-go-live support teams. Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP SuccessFactors' products and its Integrations to clients and internal teams. The Technical consultant will analyze and validate the client's business needs and ensures successful support of clients' integrations.
Essential Functions
Functions as an individual contributor leading a product implementation team to deliver SuccessFactors product
Create custom CPI/Boomi integrations for SuccessFactors
Provide support on SuccessFactors EC and/or RM API
Creating SFAPI accounts
Setting up API RBP permissions, creating test records and the like
Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes clients' business requirements and objectives; develop system configurations to satisfy client needs
Required Qualifications
2 years + experience in SAP CPI implementations ( Tech consultant)
Professional certification for SCPI, or the commitment to complete certification in the first 6 months as a condition of regularisation following the probation period
Experience of SCPI integration with Success Factors an advantage
Experience of SCPI integration with SAP HCM an advantage
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Advanced understanding of HR functions and business processes
Stong knowledge of SuccessFactors product
Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients in order to build relationships
Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work
Ability to create and deliver presentations
Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail
Work Environment and Special Consideration
Works in a professional office and/or remote office environment
Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, monitor, phones, and headsets
