HAIR THERAPIST
(SM Megamall)
 
Responsibilities:
Performs services to achieve individual and overall sales target
Consistently comply with the standards to minimize expenses such as utilities, supplies and the like.
Monitors supplies to ensure that usage is within budget compliance.
Provides services in accordance with the customer service standards.
Carries out task in accordance with the brand image.
Executes marketing activities Executes marketing-initiated activities for the store; both local and SBU-directed.
Complies with the standard waiting and service time duration.
Assist in monitoring of stock inventory and records the proper usage of hair clinic products.
Assists in preparing report on the usage of hair clinic products.
Complies with the given schedule.
Attends and participate actively in trainings and workshops.
Ensures that the facilities are well maintained (Hair clinic appearance and cleanliness).
Monitors supplies including but not limited to towel, etc.
 
Qualifications:
Senior High graduate
Experience in basic hair treatment and blow drying
Willing to be assigned to: Mandaluyong (SM Megamall) - 5 th Level, SM Megamall Building B, EDSA corner Doña Julia Vargas Ave., Ortigas Center, Wack-Wack Greenhills, Mandaluyong, Philippines 1550
Day Off: Within Weekdays (1 day)
Shift: Mall Hours
