JOB DESCRIPTION
Guest Service Agent is responsible for smooth arrival and departure experience of all guests. Handle inquiries and bookings of the hotel. Sells room to walk-ins, phone-ins, and thru email. Performs cashiering and act as information center.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s/College Degree in HRM, Tourism, or equivalent;
With at least six (6) months experience in the same position;
Excellent communication skills both oral and written;
Must be highly organized with excellent people skills;
Able to do multitasking with attention to detail;
Computer literate and comfortable with hotel PMS;
Customer oriented;
Highly responsible and has a positive attitude.
