Functional
Previous experience in training departments and/or in roles where training and developing others was part of the job mission
Strong interest in growing and expanding learning and development capabilities
Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding presentation skills
Must possess a positive, solution-oriented, customer-focused attitude and high teamwork skills
Ability to read, analyse, assemble, and compile information for reports, special projects and surveys;
Familiar working with Business stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Strong Retail Business Orientation
Knowledge of adult learning techniques
Experience in Digital Learning
International experience and Strong cultural sensitivity
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is appreciated.
Strong technical aptitude and expertise (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Learning Management Systems)
Experience in client-facing role at a retail setting is desirable
