Job Description
This position is an active member of the Global Security Office (GSO), the security organization of Publicis Groupe under Re: Sources, responsible for supporting security certification and compliance activities globally to Groupe agencies. This position supports security program of Publicis Groupe, its agencies, and ensures the success of business by working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. This position reports into Senior Manager/Manager Information Security
The responsibilities associated with the position are as follows:
· Provides support to Re: sources and other Publicis Groupe agencies on security projects and initiatives
· Coordinates with various technology functions during the implementation of security controls/solutions as part of Global ISMS/ISO 27001 program
· Perform review of IT security policies, procedures, and control frameworks, including cloud-based environments and solutions/workloads.
· Perform periodic internal IT security audits and assessments.
· Participates in external security audits, and manage audit evidence
· Participate in creation and establishing Cloud based security framework, baselines, standards, procedure and guidelines for implementation and periodic assessments
· Coordinate in identification, recording and management of cloud security risks through use of industry solution such as CSPM and CNAPP
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
· Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant working IT or security experience considered. Education and experience should also include auditing and/or operational risk management exposure.
· Security certification such as AWS/Azure/Google cloud certifications or basic certifications in IT/Cyber security (CCSK, Security+) strongly preferred
Experience
· At least 2+ years of IT and / or information security-related experience, including at least 1+ years of IT or Cloud security experience
· Familiarity with general information security controls, processes and principles
· Experience in IT security control implementation and operations
· Exposure to other standards like SOX, SSAE 16, NIST 800-53, PCI: DSS, Cloud security standards
