As part of the Digital Marketing Team, you will be responsible for users research, analyse and determine user segments, provide actionable insights for the marketing team to engage different segments of Codashop users across all markets to deliver additional value through tailored offers via different channels.
Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of Coda users and behaviour across the entire lifecycle
Lead and drive retention marketing strategy to increase user lifetime value, engagement and reduce churn
Experiment and optimize multiple campaigns to micro segments
Propose cross-channel approaches, automated process and targeted communications to drive results
Measure and report on campaign performance for improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in BA/Marketing
4+ years of experience in user lifecycle marketing, preferably B2C in an online business.
Extensive campaign experience in test and learn at user segment level
Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
Good verbal and written communication skills
Superior project management skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of email, push methodologies, automation, SQL, HTML, CSS is a bonus
