The Growth Marketing Lead shall serve as one of the organization's key advisors on setting up growth teams, defining north star & key input metrics, developing overall marketing strategies (including targeting, channels & content), establishing rapid experimentation cycles and recommending measurement requirements for tracking performance & analyzing experiments.
You will be working closely across the different Business Units to ensure digital strategies, tactics & methods are aligned with the latest best practices of Growth Marketing.
You'll be:
Ensuring the right data is collected, analyzed & reported to properly measure overall performance & experiments
Establishing & sustaining the experimentation cycles (ideate, prioritize, test and analyze)
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
Work closely with BU teams to teach the concepts & guide the application of Growth Marketing best practices in the following areas:
Partnering with BU Growth Leads & Marketing Teams to determine overall directions & ways for teams to improve
Creating an overall marketing strategy that will guide Growth Teams on content, channels & budgets to plan for in experimentation
Optimizing growth marketing activities against KPIs and experiment targets
Support Business Units in the creation & development of cross-functional teams with Growth Marketing functions.
Recommendations on Org/Team Structures
Provide guidance on Job Descriptions & Ideal Candidate Profiles
Conduct Technical Interviews of candidates
Support vendor & tool selection efforts to ensure Business Units are exposed to the best options and follow the right processes in evaluating and choosing the most suitable one.
Research on the best options
Development of the brief, evaluation tools, etc.
Implementation of the pitches
Vendor/tool evaluation and selection
Act as subject matter expert and consultant in Growth Marketing best practices, trends, latest innovations, etc. from a corporate level and across BUs.
Understand organization and business needs to identify key opportunities to develop capabilities
Develop a learning plan to upskill the relevant teams
Provide or facilitate learning sessions & communications on the vertical
Establish standards for teaching Growth Marketing and ensure alignment within the DTO Team
WHO ARE YOU?
Proven work experience as a Growth Lead or Marketer, or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in the vertical
Proven work experience in Performance Marketing
Solid background in acquisition, activation, retention & monetization strategies
An ability to manage growth hacking or marketing projects end-to-end
Adaptable and able to create support for effective campaigns and experiments despite restrictions in resources
Strong communication skills both internally (BUs, top management, etc.) and externally (agencies & tool vendors)
Bachelor's degree
Data-driven and Customer-Centric attitude
Capable of working under pressure and multitasking
Experience in related industries such as eCommerce, retail, banking, real estate, and/or FMCG is not a must, but preferred
