MEASURES OF SUCCESS
In three months:
Understand the process and requirements for new client / vendor / medium / product accreditation
Answers inquiries from third-parties and agency representatives
Familiarize oneself with the systems and related modules used in accreditation
Reviews work done by the team and validates accuracy of enrolled vendor, client, medium and product masterfile in the media buying and financial system
Completes the vendor / client requirements for agency accreditation
Submission of monthly SOX report (APA11)
In six months:
Manage team workload
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
Compiles GroupM's new vendor /client requirements and forms with initial review of documents. Ensures all the information needed in onboarding has been inquired and relayed to Media Team.
Follow up lacking requirements in GroupM vendor/ client accreditation considering the timeliness in accrediting prior to start of media implementation.
Answers inquiries if a client or vendor is accredited in GroupM system to ensure there will be no problem in the media campaign and collection
Creates and Update Vendor, Client and Product Masterfile in media buying and financial system without error
Ensures accuracy in encoding the vendor / client information in the system taking all BIR requirements are considered (Business Style, TIN#, VAT#, WHT percentage, etc)
Completes the Client's Vendor Forms and submits requirements for the accreditation of GroupM to Client's system
Submission of monthly SOX report (REV17 and REV34)
Annual Deactivation of Vendors / Clients in the Masterfile ensuring all resigned and inactive are removed.
YEARS & TYPE OF WORK EXPERIENCE
2-3 years of related experience and 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accountancy or similar courses
Proficient in Microsoft office application (Excel, Power point, Word)
Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrate good judgment and be able to respond quickly to requests
Ability to adapt easily to new assignments in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage a small team.
