GroupM are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join the billing operations in our company.
To be successful as a Billing Analyst you should be able to work independently and efficiently under pressure. Ultimately, an outstanding Billing Analyst should be able to ensure smooth and accurate billing operations.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Billing Head.

Measures of success -
In three months:
Exposure to Agency tools in invoicing clients and related reports
Exposure to reporting requirements-format and frequency/due dates
In six months:
Be familiar with the Agency's finance and media systems as tools for invoicing client
Be familiar with client's reporting requirements
Establish good work relationship with counterparts from GroupM, Client, and Vendors
In 12 months:
Gained confidence to present reports and discuss billing matters with Client
Accuracy and timeline in Billing related requirements-Client's and Internal
Responsibilities of the role:
ARIBA services to be provided to client
Accountable in creating and issuing invoices to client
Monitor clients budget and spends
Validates/posts billing invoices within the given timeline
Collates and transmit billing invoices to client
Validates supplier invoices
Prepare client expenditure reports-Billed and Unbilled
Coordinate with vendors to ensure fast turnaround of billings and Unbilled placements are kept at minimum (zero 120 days and over)
What you will need:
Comfortable in dealing with numbers and financial information.
Knowledgeable in MS Office (particularly Excel).
High degree of attention to detail, result-driven and patient.
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Management.
