Job Description
Group Retirement Services (GRS) is the leading provider of defined contribution plans in Canada serving over 1 million plan members. It offers a wide range of products and services to meet the unique needs of the company's plan sponsors and plan members.
The Client Care Representatives provides consistent quality customer service experience for GOVT and/ or GB/ GRS clients who contact the Customer Contact Centre.
The CCR reports to the GRS Team Leader.
Minimum Qualifications:
College graduate of any 4 year course
Maximum overall experience is 5-6 years
Minimum call center experience of 1 year handling life insurance/ financial LOBs (inbound)
Maximum Call Center experience of 4 years
Must have an experience CSAT, AHT, FCR
