Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the NWTL Group and its subsidiaries.
Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and social media.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
Manage the marketing budget, optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and media representatives.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in PNG and/or Retail is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends.
Demonstrated commitment to corporate social responsibility and community engagement initiatives.
