Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives of each company within the group.
Create annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic goals.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the group.
Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve maximum return on investment.
Lead the creation of compelling content, including advertising, search engine optimization, promotions, videos, and social media posts.
Oversee content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.
Manage the group's online presence, including websites, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Utilize analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Communicate marketing plans and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in PNG and/or Retail is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends.
Demonstrated commitment to corporate social responsibility and community engagement initiatives.
