Job Description
As a key part of the Senior Management team take full responsibility for the preparation and reporting of the Groups monthly management accounts as well as the annual statutory accounts.
Reporting directly to the Groups Managing Director take full responsibility for the financial analysis of the various Group activities and operations as well as producing financial forecasts, annual budgets and multi-year financial projections.
Requirements:
Qualified as a "Certified Public Accountant" within The Philippines.
Can demonstrate a good working knowledge of the tax and accountancy regulations in the Philippines.
At least 10 years relevant accounting experience including at least 5 years at an appropriate senior management level in a dynamic and successful business.
International accounting experience ideally including financial dealings with Hong Kong and the UK.
Proven experience of responsibility for producing regular management accounts and overseeing production of annual statutory accounts and financial audits.
Responsibility for setting annual financial budgets and periodic reporting of associated performance.
A proven record of good man management and interpersonal skills.
A "Team Player" who can demonstrate an enthusiastic and conscientious attitude to working flexibly as part of a Senior management team.
Ideally have relevant experience in the preparation of sales pricing proposals and contract review and negotiation.
Good Working knowledge of software accounting packages.
