Job Summary
Responsible for planning, analyzing, implementing and directing Group Accounts systems and procedure, and ensures effective and efficient operational activities and provides solutions that enhance its operations and services.
Generates and recommends ideas about future group accounts activities to ensure cutting edge strategy; maintains up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace, competitors and trends.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing annual budget; scheduling of expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
Identifies current and future customer/client requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual partners and other persons in position to understand service requirements.
Analyzes and reports sales and client data to measure effectiveness of group accounts campaigns and programs.
Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
Ensures that group account operation complies to all company and statutory procedures.
Monitors, reviews and manages project activities that are related to the growth of the volume of the group accounts:
Strategizes on applicable per account marketing activities to improve patronage.
Conducts regular monitoring and analysis of the volume trend.
Improves customer service and client relationship.
Develops, submits for approval annual plans and programs, targets and/or budgets, directs their implementation and monitors progress to ensure attainment in accordance with Corporate direction.
Acts and decides on all concerns, issues and problems in the course of the Department's operation; and recommends action and resolution for concerns, issues and problems beyond his scope of authority.
Defines work expectations and ensures work progress of Biller solutions staff by monitoring, controlling activities, evaluating performance, enforcing discipline when necessary, and initiating career enhancement activities / programs especially designed for the staff's career development.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, Industrial Engineer and/or other related courses
At least seven (7) years of extensive work experience in Sales Industry
Extensive experience in Sales and Marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient on MS Office
Excellent negotiation skills and service oriented
Designs and implements effective Remittance and Money services systems, strategies and activities
