GRAPHIC SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
 
JOB SUMMARY:
 
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for designing engaging visual content and managing social media channels to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with a passion for social media trends and content creation.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design compelling graphics, animations, and multimedia content tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.)
Develop and execute social media content calendars in alignment with marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce campaign-specific visuals.
Write engaging social media captions and assist in basic copywriting when needed.
Monitor social media performance and engagement, providing regular reports and insights.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, platform features, and best practices.
Assist with video editing for short-form content when required.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and social media channels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management (agency or in-house).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Strong visual storytelling and typography skills.
Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects a plus).
Knowledge of social media advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Photography or videography skills are a bonus.
