OGS Learning Transformation team is responsible for various transformative projects in partnership with the training delivery team. The Learning Transformation team requires instructional design, graphic design, and .NET development skillset to execute this content digitization project.
The graphic designer will be responsible for the creation and development of differentiated, industry leading graphics for various formats like Games, Simulations, Videos, Animations, WBT etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design and develop static and moving graphic assets for learning programs that meet or exceed strategic objectives across multiple delivery platforms such as games, simulations, video-based learning, animation, learning app and AI
Create visual prototypes
Create exciting UI elements including designing user interactions through innovative use of branding, typography, photography, animations and other innovative visual solutions
Create art and presentations for multiple learning solutions across delivery platforms
Create branding collaterals - logos, visual identities, mailers - for various learning initiatives
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years in college or College graduate
Total of 3 - 5 years graphic design / Illustration / UX/UI experience
Knowledge of Graphic design, Learning program design, Design thinking
Technical Skills
Strong Graphic/Animation design portfolio with 3 - 5 years of relevant design and interactive work experience
A solid working knowledge of the latest versions of applicable graphic software - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Animate CC, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline etc.
Ability to create original visual content that exceed user experience and usability objectives
Ability to create art and graphics for interactions and sequential animations for games and videos
Ability to create, edit and package high-quality videos and other motion-graphics
Ability to conceptualize, prototype, iterate and balance features
Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
Strong ability to articulate and present creative ideas and design concepts
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
Self-motivated, organized and accountable
Process Specific Skills
Fair understanding of HTML/CSS and the capabilities of web browsers
Working knowledge and experience in working within a responsive framework
Soft skills
Good written and spoken communication skills to accurately understand a stakeholder's vision and translate it into a piece of visual design
Time management and multitasking skills
Highly motivated
Creative bent of mind to come up with a variety of visual design options to meet the client's demand
