This Australian-owned e-commerce agency specializes in the customer journey and lifecycle marketing across various direct marketing channels. They help ShopifyPlus e-commerce merchants to convert visitors into subscribers, and first-time customers into loyal brand advocates. As a customer journey agency, their job is to assess the performance of the store at each stage of the funnel, and craft strategies to improve conversion at each point. They have a team of creatives and technical specialists to turn those strategies into beautifully designed, highly personalised touchpoints. Their reputation is growing quickly across the States, and their client base is expanding internationally, with offices in Australia, the USA, and the Philippines.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will provide creative solutions that aim to keep our clients at the forefront of their industries and have them stand out in the crowded digital world. You will be reporting to the Australian Graphic Design Creative Director and working with an existing high-performing Filipino creative team.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced understanding of email marketing principles.
Discussing client needs and identifying the target audience for the work
Developing visual ideas that suit the brief
Produce digital and marketing elements on request
Assist with implementation and execution of marketing campaigns
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in Graphic Design
Experience working in a digital agency environment or similar is required
Direct experience or knowledge of email marketing and creating Email templates is highly desirable
Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in Figma or similar programs highly desirable
Experience in branding and the ability to conceptualise through to execution
Experience creating basic animation and animated GIFs
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Design

Strong ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders/teams.
A great eye for design and high attention to detail
Ability to take initiative in the creative process
