Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join us in the Philippines. You will be responsible for analyze, prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system. Your scope of work will include the scenarios of introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality and capacity.
You will
Perform trouble shooting and customer support activities
Suggest equipment and solutions to technical network problems, to improve customers' business needs
Carryout business correspondences with customers on projects
Coordinate customer meetings and individual presentations for the communication systems
Prepare reports and presentations to both internal management and customer
Provide mentoring to less experienced members of the team
Work on client requests for support in terms of troubleshooting issues, sudden changes, maintenance, and repair issues
Actively participate in reporting and supervising telephony systems, network nodes, and other associated voice equipment
To be successful in the role you must have
You are a recent graduate of 2020 / 2021.
Exposure to system testing and integration experience
Bachelor's degree in computer/ electrical engineering.
Possession of outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as having strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated individual, with phenomenal confidence working with diverse partner groups
Demonstrated proficiencies to write technical specifications for data extraction and good quality of briefing
Solid understanding and experience in testing intricate systems configuration, and in integrating software and communications protocols involving non-real time settings into system
Experience working on telecommunication systems integration will be an added advantage
Possess the ability to communicate effectively in English language
