We are looking to hire individuals who are College Graduates within the past two years to be based in Manila.
The Graduate Training Program is six months in duration. Afterwards, we will be appointing people to a permanent Associate Consultant position. The initial six-month program would involve a mixture of online/classroom style learning to attain core consulting skills and relevant certifications, hands on experience through shadowing experienced Consultants on real life Projects, and rotations through several teams in order to learn the different aspects of the business. Our aim is to provide you a mixture of business, technical and consulting knowledge and skills that will set you up for a successful career at Rizing.
At the end of the 6 months, an agreed path between Rizing leadership and the Graduate would be defined based on skillset and available opportunities. Pathways for Graduates may be across the Integration team or various teams which are part of the Managed Services Global Delivery Center (GDC) team.
Acts as a project team member on the delivery of customer implementations of a suite of HCM technologies, primarily SuccessFactors. Responsible for attending customer workshops, documenting business and system configuration requirements, performing system configurations and unit testing, and completing other project activities as needed.
You also grow your own expertise in the SuccessFactors platform, suite of Rizing products, methodology and industry solutions, and customer facing consulting skills.
Essential Functions
Functions as an individual contributor to deliver quality solutions to Rizing HCM customers.
Team member in the Global Delivery Centre team responsible for implementing the Rizing suite of HCM products to customers, with a primary focus on SuccessFactors.
Participates in HCM project activities through the implementation lifecycle from kick off to post implementation support.
Attends customer facing requirements gathering workshops.
Document's customer requirements and translates to process and software configuration requirements.
Conducts software configuration and unit testing to ensure solution meets customer specifications.
Identifies and analyzes problems, making solution design recommendations with supporting rationale and comprehensive analysis.
Keeps various stakeholders well-informed with appropriate information and project status.
Adheres to Rizing implementation methodology, tools, and processes.
Essential Functions (continued)
Provides basic systems and functionality training and knowledge transfer to customers.
Completes scheduled deliverables in accordance with deployment schedules.
Prepares and delivers weekly status updates.
Attends project and team meetings as appropriate.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Prepares status updates of assigned work, tracking time and expenses to ensure timely system implementation.
Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain SuccessFactors associate certifications.
Completes continuing education activities to develop consulting, business, and industry skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar degree
Up to 2 years' computer programming experience
Willing to learn new technologies such as CPI, Boomi, ABAP, SuccessFactors.
Excellent Communication skills both written and oral (English and Filipino).
Basic knowledge in programming: Java, Groovy, XML, HTML, etc.tc
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Attentively listen and effectively communicate with peers and stakeholders in order to build relationships.
Work collaboratively as part of a project team.
Manage own time and multiple priorities whilst delivering quality work with a high degree of attention to detail.
Proficient in problem solving and data analysis.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Create and deliver presentations.
Basic understanding of HR functions and business processes.
Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors product.
Advanced knowledge of best-practice business processes with detailed knowledge of specific functional areas.

Prior work experience in HR would be preferable but not mandatory.
