This role is needed to ensure the appropriate level of coverage is given to financial reports, reconciliations, FX trade blotter reviews, and period-end tasks for the Global Treasury function.
ROLE/TASK/DELIVERABLES, at the minimum include:
Aid in the preparation of daily cashflow forecasts
Prepare and/or review daily bank balance reports for system uploads
Prepare and/or review daily Collateral Margin reconciliations
Prepare and/or review daily Bank Movements report/Bank Coding
FX Trades monitoring, review and system approvals
Prepare and publish regional bank statement connectivity reports
Publish daily regional exposure reports
Aid in the preparation of period-close reports
Monitor system approvals of global loan and investment bookings
Generate and reconcile month-end accruals for bank accounts and investments
Perform weekly reconciliation of system collateral exposure bookings
Perform monthly general ledger pre-requisites completion and sign-off
Preparation and publishing of end-of-day statistics report
