What you'll do:
You are responsible for structural and strategic coordination of our transports with a focus on intermodal transports (SEA, Rail, Air) and monitor their appropriate fulfillment.
You will manage, create, and check updates on transport orders and regularly communicate with internal and external partners.
You will identify cost drivers, prepare tenders, and analyse new offers
You support in negotiations and creating new contracts while being responsible for approving invoices and carry out customs clearance
You evaluate and analyse operational performance indicators and optimize the existing processes.
Who we're looking for:
You have previous experience of working in a comparable position, ideally in the logistics industry
You have a quick reaction, ability to act in a changing environment and are hands-on
You have a good knowledge of English. German and other languages are an advantage
You are well organized, can prioritize and have strong communication skills
You had first touchpoints with customs clearance
