Our Global Talent Acquisition Team is a part of the People@Nasdaq Team, a cohesive and highly collaborative group, working together to continue to make Nasdaq an amazing place to work. The Talent Acquisition Team plays an integral part in enriching the candidate and employee experience, by managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract the best talent to the organization. Located in a modern office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, we look to recruit individuals with the passion to thrive in a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and as part of our fantastic growth over the last few years. As a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have the ability to work on a dynamic and innovative Talent Acquisition operation alongside with a global team, and help build sustainable processes on a global scale.
You will collaborate with European, North American and APAC Regional Talent Acquisition Managers and provide leadership to the coordinator team that provides administrative and logistical support globally. The team will also be working within the tech stack of the function i.e. ATS, CRM, video conferencing tools.
Other aspects of your role will include but not be limited to;
Put in place processes to enable the team to execute seamless experience for the candidate, hiring manager and Talent Acquisition partners.
Provide administrative and logistical support for interview scheduling, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers and third-party agencies as required
Provide high-level support to recruiters, ensuring that the best recruitment is provided to both candidates and hiring managers
Manage the applicant tracking system for job postings, reviewing/screening applicants and creating offer letters, and monitor their on-boarding process including facilitating background checks
This is an exciting position in a growing business and to be considered for this key role your skills will include;
A strong background in managing regional or global recruitment team
At least 5 years of experience in regional or global recruiting roles, preferably within a multinational organization
Previous experience as a people manager - supervising and mentoring direct reports
Demonstrated experience working and thriving in a fast-paced environment, following a global service delivery model, and is amenable to work mid shift (3pm-12mn)
Track record of delivering a first class Candidate and Hiring Manager experience and the ability to inspire others to do the same
Strong strategic planning and project management skills
Ability to effectively provide leadership towards the resolution of issues related to the recruitment process or service
Superior written and verbal communication skills along with a data-centric mindset and approach to strategies
A strong understanding of recruitment technology and Social Media with a background using HR systems and communication tools, preferably Workday Recruiting and Zoom, among others
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
