Johnson & Johnson's North America Global Services (GS) team is recruiting for a Sr. Finance Manager, supporting North America Global Services Transformation, based in GS Hub Manila, Philippines. The shift for this role will be mid-shift (3pm to 12am)

The Finance Transformation Sr. Manager is responsible for end to end GS NA finance transformation efforts of GS Finance SigniFi and Strategic Priorities. The individual will focus on Strategy & Design workstreams to develop end state strategies and scenarios for the future state of NA GS finance organization. The Manager will closely partner with the regional GS transformational Sr. Director and the extended Transformation team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the transformation of GS strategic priorities and finance SigniFi deployments, includes helping to shape and operationalize future state GS finance operating model, global processes, technology deployments and talent strategies. Partner with key stakeholders (such as Deployment leads, PMO, GS Finance teams, BUF and End to End SigniFi deployment leads) to help shape and execute global finance initiatives such as: Central Finance (CFIN), Close, Consolidation and External Reporting (CCER) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) along with GS strategic priorities.
Manager will focus on Strategy & Design workstreams to develop end state strategies and scenarios.
Serve as SME for Strategy & Design workstreams to develop end state strategies and scenarios. Perform data collection and analysis required for scenario and modeling.
Coordinate sub-team efforts for various sub-process focus areas
Provide Regional SME knowledge on A2R processes, local considerations
Support process standardization execution within Region to maximize efficiency and outcomes of deployments
Participate on Tech & Process (CCER & CFIN) teams as Regional SME from receiving teams to provide regional/local input on design & deployment approaches
Participate in process, documentation, and DTP/WI reviews to ensure impact for GS inclusive of training and Change & comms strategies
Facilitate T&P execution timeline with deliver org align with GS roadmap
Provide regional feedback on feasibility of changes and consideration of interdependencies
Lead additional regional operations support required for SigniFi Program
Coordinate strategy to execution planning with deployment & deliver teams
Support talent strategy at Regional hub & Local
Lead the Continuous Improvement efforts of the new operating model, processes, and technology
Work with all required stakeholders to ensure proper and timely communications
Engage with stakeholders and lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transition to new ways of working
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Shared Services Environment experience is an advantage
Willingness to work mid-shift (3pm to 12am)
7 plus years of working experience in Finance
3 plus years of core Account to Report, deployment, solutions, change management experience
Familiar with various Finance Operational Processes (A2R, ITC, etc.) and SAP experience is preferred
May have responsibilities for managing teams, direct or indirect, as project needs arise
Leadership experience and problem-solving skills required
Strong collaboration, dealing with ambiguity, process-oriented mindset is required
Strong analytical, conceptual, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) are required.
Understanding of J&J Finance processes
Ability to assess business readiness for successful transition
