Job Requirements:
Have worked for the Workforce / Resource Management division on a voice, email, chat account for 2 years.
Has capacity planning and scheduling experience
Knowledge of CMS, other ACD System and WFM tools
ASPECT eWFM working knowledge is a plus
Proficient in MS Excel
Job Responsibilities:
responsible for developing client ramp up plans and forecasts
Building ramp up plans that are easily understood and communicated to client services and support services needs
Interprets information gained from many sources
responsible for developing a fifteen (15) minute to thirty (30) minute Start/Stop Time interval for all schedules per day, per week, per month
