Job Title: Global Real Estate: Branding Manager (Level 8A, Manager 1)
Job Description We are searching for a passionate individual who is very creative, energetic, and an experienced Branding Manager to help us build our brand and business partners to raise brand awareness. You'll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.
● Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
● Shape and communicate our core purpose (our vision, philosophy, culture etc.) and our business partners brand and create new extraordinary visual concepts
● Monitor latest trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to help provide insights and deliver Innovative , Disruptive ideas
● Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
● Contributing in creating new ideas on Graphics design, Illustrations Art work
● Engage in how we can improve customer experience Translate brand elements into plans, and guide people on how to implement across all our facilitates internally and externally
● Research on Sustainability Materials to be Implemented for Branding Projects Measure and report performance of all branding projects assess ROI ( whether financially or clients overall experience with us ) and KPIs
● Devise innovative growth strategies
● Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics
● Conduct Effective Webinars Trainings to our staff on how to be effectively brand
● Engage in meetings with our staff and business partners
