The Middle Office Support Analyst will be responsible in performing day to day operational support in Trade Matching, Settlements, Trade Settlements and Cash Management functions. What motivates you? High proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point). VBA knowledge is preferred. Business systems (Bloomberg, OMGEO CTM, Simcorp, Custodian portals) experience required. Strong communication skills. Ability to understand, negotiate and influence business stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues where the resolution is not readily apparent. Good team player with strong written, verbal communication skills, reading comprehension and the ability to build relationships across multiple levels of the organization. Proactive / can-do approach and attitude. Thorough attention to detail and accuracy of delivery and willing to thrive in a highly critical function Knowledge in securities instruments, operational processes and trade life cycle Good analytical and diagnostic skills with knowledge and understanding of process design. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong comprehension and confidence Demonstrates strong flexibility in the face of ambiguous situations, shifting demands, and challenging work environments. Uses diplomacy and tact to resolve difficult situations. Escalates serious issues to Team Lead and Manager Understands the concepts surrounding Trade Support functions and the trade life cycle, middle office and trade settlements and cash management experience is highly preferred. Possesses a fundamental understanding of investment transactions, trade lifecycle, and various asset classes Good working knowledge in using Bloomberg, BBH, Custodian platforms Intermediate to advanced knowledge regarding Cash Management, Data Management, Pricing, Settlements, Reconciliation, Transactions, Transfers processes The candidate must be willing to report in Cebu City (Morning Shift) On the job you will: Perform day to day operations for Trade Support, Trade Matching, Trade Settlement and Cash Management functions. Communicate, investigate and resolve trade and cash queries and issues raised by Front Office (Portfolio Managers/Traders) Brokers, Custodians, and Internal Investment teams. Actively manages risks related to trades and cash to avoid failed settlement. Perform periodic trade and cash reporting for Onshore counterparts Improve business processes and controls to mitigate operational risks. Identify weaknesses in workflows and assist to establish effective solutions. Assist in assessing, handling, and resolving critical business and system issues raised during operations. Support ad-hoc analysis to identify root cause of production problems and develop timely solutions.
