Primary Purpose of the Position
This position is a member of Global IT Digital and Analytics team, reporting to the Data Solutions Architect. The incumbent will work in partnership with global & cross functional business/IT teams. This position will be responsible to Administer Reporting and Analytics Software environments.
Job Responsibilities
Administration of Cognos & Tableau Environments; including Upgrades, System Sizing, Test and Approve Patches, and System Troubleshooting
Work with IT Security, Network, and other IT Teams for environment support
Investigate New Product Features
Troubleshoot Software Defects and Request Vendor Resolution
Creating Tableau Projects, Security Management
System Auditing (Report Creation and Maintenance, License Usage)
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years IT experience
Cognos Administration, Understanding of Domain Controllers and Active Directory Fundamentals Required
Cognos development experience, Tableau Administration, Teradata Experience, preferred
Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016) Configuration/Customization
Some SQL, Batch Scripting, Java, Powershell
Understanding of Domain Controllers and Active Directory Fundamentals
Strong verbal and written communication with strong command of spoken and written English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in working with reporting and analytics teams
Collaboration with IT professionals outside core team
Ability to work in autonomy on complex technical challenges
High Resiliency and problem-solving competencies.
Self-learning and self-motivating attitude
Amenable to work on mid-shift
