About the Role
As the Global HR (People Operations) Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the global human resource processes for several locations, primarily focused on the EMEA region. This role provides administrative support to our People Operations team as needed, including record-keeping, electronic file maintenance, auditing, recruitment support and HRIS entry.
What You Can Expect
Enjoys providing customer service support to our associates regarding HR-related questions
Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs
Assists with the preparation of the performance review process
Mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions
Files documents into appropriate employee files
Prepares new-employee files
Manages Government Statutory Benefits, Labor Standards and Workplace compliance
Provides onboarding support - coordinate swag and parking/building access
Handles incoming/outgoing correspondence, sign for deliveries and direct them to the appropriate staff member, receive/register and send mails and cargos from/to associates and partner
Partners with our internal stakeholders on projects, initiatives, and events
Ability to be comfortable with long periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Comfortable with having to lift up to 15 pounds at times to support deliveries

Availability to perform job duties outside of normal business hours when necessary
