Your team responsibilities
We are looking to hire a Product-Line Profitability Controller in Manila. The role is responsible for management of the firm's Revenue and Operating Expense allocations to the Company's product lines for purposes of tracking profitability. Other responsibilities include managing the activity-based costing for the Company's external reporting and regional profitability. The Controller will coordinate, and process activities related to allocations and will collaborate closely with the Finance Director's group, FP&A department, and SAP BPC Support Team as well.

Your key responsibilities
Financial management of the entire Expense and Revenue Allocation process
Production of the firm's reported product line profitability by running multiple allocation models on a monthly basis
Allocation of Operating Expenses to the lowest Segment Product level
Management of the Activity Based Costing process
Working together closely with Segment Finance Directors and their teams, FP&A Team, Regional Legal Entity Controllers and the Corporate Consolidation team
Conduct ad-hoc and pro-active analysis to support business decisions
Prepare Monthly Variance Analysis, identify major drivers and generate presentations to inform key stakeholders and management
Support Internal SOX Team and External Auditors by providing supporting documentation and address process related questions
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or equivalent a plus
At least 3 plus years of substantial work experience in corporate finance/controlling/audit department
Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills
Establish effective relationships with multiple business partners
Proactively investigate, report and address data quality issues
Excellent interpersonal communication
Strong attention to detail
High level of motivation and commitment to work hard
Excellent communication skills in English
Self-starter
