Requirements:
8 years' experience on the field
Workday Tool experience
Responsibilities:
Provide full analytics and reporting support during the annual comp planning cycle (conducted via Workday)
Assists in administering pay changes and hire offers for their assigned functions.
Responds to requests for compensation reviews and assists in preparing recommended response.
Support participation in annual salary surveys and miscellaneous, ad-hoc compensation surveys as needed.
Gather information, create spreadsheets, perform trend analysis, etc. for a variety of projects and processes.
Conduct job evaluations using standard job evaluation techniques.
Partner with comp teams to ensure data and system readiness to support global processes.
Supports on-going efforts to ensure competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and equity of pay programs.
Assist with day-to-day general salary administration processes and ad hoc projects.
