Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least 2nd-year college level
With excellent communication skills in German and English language both written and oral
Preferably with at least 1-year working experience in the related field or in a BPO set up
Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with the customer to explain and resolve queries and concerns. This could be via email, phone and chat/instant messaging.
Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures.
Ability to work with confidential information
Ability to work in a changing environment
