Bachelor's Degree Holder in any field
Preferably with more than 2 years of work experience in Customer Service field

Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
Responsible in taking the phone call and demonstrate good customer service to German speaking clients
Assist in Tracking and distribution information of orders
Answer and resolve consumer complaints
Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
