MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Business Partnering
IT Business Partnering for function related projects and includes BAU support
Understanding the business requirement based on their strategy and plans for IT to align its technology roadmap and service delivery
Collaborative work with other ITBPs and DCS teams, to deliver the expected service and support by business
Innovation
Proactive reviews on identification of improvements of existing IT Services
Identify opportunities to improve and digitize manual processes via automation
Capture requests for Automation and when able develop them using MS Power Platform, etc.
Undertakes the necessary activities to activate Global IT Innovation & Services programs
Ensures that projects support local business growth programs as aligned with overall IT and business plan
Business Applications Support
Facilitate CRs discussion with Business based on SOP
Supports user to access applications and tools based on standard SOP
Supports the Service Delivery team as the point of coordination of Urgent Incidents within his/her scope of responsibility for Integrated Services including problem management activities
Ensures alignment and adherence to standard support model

Relevant Experience:
ESSENTIAL:
Proven track record in delivering business application projects to the business and partnering a large country/multi-country organization with key interfaces to management and senior management in the organization
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Minimum 5 years working experience in SAP (SD/MM/CO/FI), ECC & BW
Good understanding of Business Processes (Order to Cash, Plan to Forecast, Source to Pay, Make to Deliver & Record to Report)
Ability to develop automation programs using the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and PowerBi
Added Advantage:
Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel (complex pivot tables, formulas & lookups)
Experience in data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office projects: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint,
Visio
Detail experience in Microsoft Power Platform with good knowledge of development
Knowledge in database technologies (On-premise SQL / Azure Cloud)
