In this role, you'll be our go-to guy when it comes to managing our site's daily operations and technical issues, providing effective solutions whenever difficulties arise. Are you well-versed in workplace safety? As we'll rely on you to develop and carry out an elaborate preventative & planning program for managing sites. You'll also make sure that all essential site activities-including the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire protection systems and equipment-are performed in a safe and efficient manner; complying with policies and requirements set out by the government, our client and our own management teams. Your expertise in critical environment procedures may also help you land this job.
Providing onsite support
You will be the upper facilities management's trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities. You'll do this by performing routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained.
Where can processes be improved? How can we save costs? These are questions that will be at the forefront of the team's thinking. You, too, will always have an eye on this, contributing suggestions as they arise.
You'll also lend the team a big hand by providing admin support including front desk duties, basic housekeeping and appointment coordination. Also part of your job scope is to hit key performance indicators and meet service level agreements
Assist the management staff in administrative functions and activities
Process all vendor payments including client interactions and statutory compliances
Monitor the performance of all service personnel
Ensure compliance of regulations/requirements of JLL management.
Prepare vendor and client contact list including emergency contact list
Develop the necessary policies and procedures required for all functions within the scope of the administrative assistant
Provide assistance in general administrative activities

At the same time, this role puts you on the first line of defense against risks. As such, you will help implement and manage risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans. You'll also be expected to follow escalation and incident reporting procedures, and comply with the firm's guidelines and strategies.
A technical hands on expert
An ideal candidate would have a university degree or professional qualification in engineering or facilities management, and over four years' experience in facilities operation. A strong background in troubleshooting processes is a big plus. It will also be best if you are either a licensed Geodetic Engineer or at least with significant experience in technical and facilities' operations, ensuring all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met . You should be very familiar to most or if not all of facilities management terms such as HVAC, STP, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, CCTV, Access Control, BMS system , UPS, etc .
Good communicator
