Position: General Virtual Assistant
Number of hours: 10 hours/week (Part-time)
Schedule: 8:30AM Netherlands
Tasks required:
Manage emails and phone calls assigned by the client
Schedule meetings
Host virtual meetings and record the minutes, if necessary
Manage travel logistics such as transportations and accommodations
Maintain clients database
Manage clients calendars
Help accounting and appointment setting
Perform market research, if necessary
Create presentations and reports, as assigned
Help in basic project management and coordination
Basic social media management including, but not limited to, social media posting
Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Experience working with B2B / B2C organizations
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP (GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Asana, Hubspot, etc.)
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Experience with basic social media management
Experience with basic digital marketing and content creation
Experience with client facing tasks and handling phone calls
Invoicing system
Detail-Oriented
Highly organized, and able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
