Responsibilities: Your responsibilities are, but are not limited to the following.
1. Oversee the daily operation of the business units.
2. Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
3. Coordinate the development of Key Performance Goals for function and direct reports.
4. Provide direct Management of Key functional Managers and Executives in the business.
5. Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
6. Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the business unit offerings to clients.
7. Engage in key targeted customer activities.
8. Oversee the hiring and talent acquisition and development programs.
9. Evaluate and decide upon investment in equipment, infrastructure and talent.
10. Communicate strategy results to the unit's employees.
11. Engage with corporate officers in broader organization strategic planning.
12. Schedules monthly meetings with the directors and present summary reports of each department.
13. Schedules a board meeting once a year with the board of directors to amend and discuss yearly reports.
14. Maintains knowledge by attending professional and technical educational seminars and workshops, review publications.
15. Ability to motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable.
16. Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
17. Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved.
