Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Review of AP vouchers, Journal entries, adjusting entries, outgoing payments.
Maintain and update account schedules for AP trade and non-trade and other payables.
Perform internal reconciliation for all payables in SAP.
Monthly and Quarterly preparation and filling of Expanded Withholding Tax (Alpha list).
Accounts Receivable
Settlement of credit card transactions from POS.
Confirmation of Payments (customer deposits).
Enters payment date for Machine Sales to Enagic System.
Reconciles credit card transactions from bank monitoring versus cash reflected in bank.
Recording of credit card charges and creditable withholding tax.
Recording of Interest income in SAP (all banks).
Reconciles AR Clearing account & AR-CC.
Bank Reconciliation (Security Bank only).
Reconciles creditable withholding tax recorded in books versus 2307 received.
Processing of credit card reversals/request to change terms of payment.
Receiving of payment in SAP (down payments, collection from enagic sales) *cash, direct deposits, credit card transactions, check warehousing, offsetting.
Audit
Coordinate the status and the progress report of the audit requirements and findings.
Provide and follow up the documents to respective process owners.
Communicate response to findings and discuss the timeline with the auditors.
