Job Description
Maintenance of AR files.
Prepare Reconciliation and Analysis of Account Receivables.
Responsible in checking and monitoring the Daily Cash Collection and Disbursement for Cash Flow Reports. Prepares Daily Cash Position Report of All Banks.
Taking Part in Forecasting and Budgeting including Submission of Reports required by Management from time to time.
Responsible in checking and approving the release of document for Bank and Government (BIR and SEC) requirements.
Checking, monitoring, and posting of Sales Invoices.
Checking, monitoring, and posting of Official Receipts and Acknowledgement Receipts/Form
Checking, monitoring, and updating of Delivery Receipts and Inventory related Credit and Debit memos.
Checking, monitoring, and posting of Check Vouchers.
Checking, monitoring and posting of Liquidations - Revolving Funds (RF) and all Division Funds (DF)
Checking, monitoring and posting of Accounts Payable Vouchers.
Prepares Quarterly and Annual Income Tax Return and checks all other BIR Compliance including Expanded, Compensation, VAT, Vat Relief, Summary Alphalist of Withholding Tax (SAWT), Monthly Alphalist of Payees (MAP) & Quarterly Alphabetical List of Payees (QAP).
Prepares Monthly Remittances of SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig.
Assist in the conduct of Monthly Physical Inventory Count.
Contribute ideas and continually challenge existing work practices improve efficiencies and service standards.
In charge of the monthly FS Generation from the system
Perform ad-hoc tasks as the need arises
Job Qualification
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or its equivalent.
Strong analytical skills and keen attention to details.
Knowledge in using Accounting software (Quickbooks) is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Willing to travel occasionally and can start immediately.
