Duties and Responsibilities
Review and approves SAP posting on inventory movements
Prepares monthly bank reconciliation
Maintains lapsing schedules
Prepares weekly reports and monthly financial statements for review
Adjust journal entries as necessary
Support and assist regular audits performed by internal and external auditors
Any other duties as reasonably required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting Course (a graduate degree is preferred)
2-3 years of relevant working experience
must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Recording and organizing financial transactions
Preparing financial statements
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Conducting financial analysis
Budgeting and forecasting
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Providing financial advice
Auditing and internal controls
Using accounting software
Collaborating with your colleagues
Knowledgeable in SAP system
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
