Job Description:
Responsible in assisting monthly closing of books
Assist Finance Director in producing analysis of differenct accounts during Financial Statements preparation on a timely baiss
Assist Finance Director in preparation of Departmental expenses anaylsis for budgeting
Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Assist Accounting Assistants to carry their duties and responsibilities.
Responsible in producing monthly profit and loss report.
Reviewing of accounting entries in the accounting software
Present monthly reports to Finance Director
Ensure that all financial transactions of the company are all accounted accurately and on a timely manner
Willing to do assigned tasks from time to time.
Manage and update lapsing schedules and ensure that monthly depreciation/amortization shall be taken up in the general ledger.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy is a must.
Coming from Big Four is a plus
Proven 1 - 4 years work experience handling general accounting ( including monthly closing of books and general ledger reconciliation )
With knowledge in BIR regulations is a plus
Must have work exposure in using Accounting software
Can work under pressure and adhere to deadlines and urgency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent in MS Office especially microsoft excel.

Must have collaborative working skills
