Accounting Operations:
Ensure all transaction are properly recorded every month end (prior to closing)
Oversee completeness of the books of accounts (i.e. GL ,AP and AR)
Monitor monthly bank reconciliation and ensure proper take up reconciled cash items
Financial reporting:
Ascertain complete, accurate and correct books of accounts and trial balance at all times
Timely generation of financial report package and corresponding schedules
Tax Management
Preparation and timely remittance of tax returns, including the required attachments
Budget and Cost Management
Assist and guide operating units in developing its respective budget
Identify areas for cost and revenue improvement
Bachelor's degree in any accounting related course
Minimum 4 years of progressive work experience in the field of Accounting
CPA passer is an advantage, also accepts Non-CPA
Extensive knowledge in Accounting
Knowledgeable in ORACLE Financials or any similar accounting system
