1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or its equivalent
2. CPA is an advantage but not a requirement
3. Must have at least five (5) years working experience in Accounting and Taxation

5. High level of numeracy and analytical ability
6. Detail-oriented, flexible/adaptable and willing to learn
7. Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
8. Good oral and written communication skills, and has leadership potentials
