JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the preparation, analysis and reviews of financial transactions and reports.
Records and reports financial transactions and manages revenue, expense, asset, liability, and equity accounts.
Responsible for recording accounting adjustments, accruals, allocations, currency revaluations and translations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all monthly, quarterly, and annual tax remittances.
Responsible for any required attachments to BIR.
Maintain orderly accounting filing system. Monthly Bookkeeping of day-to-day transactions.
Reconciles Billing, Disbursement, Receivables, Payables, and other accounts, Reconciliations of all bank accounts.
Overseeing and managing the costs involving a company's inventory operations. Monitor transactions, update general ledgers, gather and analyze data, perform audits and assessments, and produce regular inventory reports.
Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes.
Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
Responsible for identification, recording, valuation, accounting, reporting and timely capitalization of capital projects, the reconciliation and reporting of capital work in progress and to carryout revaluation and stock take activities.
Ensure correctness and completeness of fixed assets recording in the general ledger and the related depreciation and accumulated depreciation expenses
Support other team members on other accounting related tasks, as may be required.
Monthly financial reporting to management.
Prepares budget forecasts.
Audit financial transactions and reports.
Performs other functions as occasionally required by the department.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting related course.
At least 5 years working experience in the field of Accounting and BIR tax compliance.
Can work with minimal supervision.
