Job Requirement:
General Accountant is responsible for the analysis and accomplishment of the general accounting transactions of the company. Duties include determining actual costs of product, company expenses, analyzing profitability and preparing the company budget. The General Accountant will also be responsible in providing vital information, insights and recommendations for sales schemes.
Job Description:
1.Understand company structure, work flow and job role.
2.Process General Accounting transactions (ie, sales transaction, disbursement, budget)
3.Able to do Bank Reconciliations and do necessary adjustments.
4.Maintaining of necessary subsidiary schedules (including but not limited to Lapsing Schedule, Advances, Accounts Receivables, Payables and Prepaid Expenses).
5.Financial Statements Preparation (Profit and Loss, Financial Position, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) in accordance with the accounting principles.
6.Analysis and computation of the Product Costing.
7.Prepare process and analyze the Tax Returns in conformity with the ruling of the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
8.Determine and develop strategies that will aid the company to save costs.
9.Prepare monthly inventories and reports.
10.Able to present and explain essential financial reports.
11.Strong analytical and cognitive thinking.
12.Willing to learn and having a positive attitude is important.
Other necessary information:
CPA License not required.
